    Hi guys, any idea how my aircon affect my sound system, i have my basic sound set up, single sub, 2 amp and capacitor. It increase the noise if i adjust the fan selector. Anu problema kaya nito? Tia

    AM stations? baka defective buffer capacitor. alas, i know not where it is located. i have the same problem in my car..

    You have a grounding problem somewhere.

    They already mentioned the only cause, go check on both from your trusted technician.
    If the technician is telling you another, just run away as he is just pulling your leg to charge more.

    Its most likely a grounding issue. Bring your car back to the shop that installed the sound setup and have them fix it. Back job yan.

    It won't damage. It's simply interfering with it.. so what you get is annoyance.

    Update ko lang, yung humming sound po nawala na, iniba ko po yung routing ng wires, pinadaan ko na lng agad sa carpet. Nawala n yung humming sound kpag nka ac ako, pero npansin ko my whistling sound naman kasabay ng rpm, nawawala kpag off ang stereo. Diy ko lng

    yan ang grounding problem ... a quick fix is to use isolation transformer

    Now you have alternator whine. Still a grounding problem.
