Try calling the Bosch Shop at EDSA Shangri-la Plza mall at 633-6990 or at 633-8016. Since Blaupunkt is the audio group of Bosch, the guys from the shop maybe able to help you out.

x-wind, ano po naging bad experience nyo sa amin.
so far regarding sa amp repair kayo po ang first unsatisfied customer.
we know that we charge more expensive than other repair shop but the work itself worth the money you pay for. if we cant repair something, we dont charge the customer.
and for the ECU repair, we give 2month money back guarantee.. saan ka makakakita na repair shop na nagbibigay ng money back???

not to hijack the thread, but Philsales needs better customer service, the way they talk/face their customers is quite a drag. Yung bata lang na nakasalamin mabait kausap.

the thin guy isnt me, 175lbs ako hehehe...
i am a straight forward guy, di kasi ako madaldal, kung anong tinatanong ng customer yun lang sinasagot ko, di ko na hinahabaan baka malito lang sila. if you think its rude.. I AM REALLY SORRY...peace..
sometimes if i have a rush job di ko talaga ma entertain mga customer kaya. kung rude din yun sorrry again po mga papi...
i think most of the bad experience were the rudeness, sorry again...

glad naliwanagan na. para kasing di ko maimagine na masungit si wilson. sabi nga ni carl e kamukha sya ni herbert bautista(maybe coz sa glassees, biro lang wilson).=)

theveed, yun mga di nila kaya ma repair dinadala sa amin, wala ako natandaan na pina repair siyang coustic amps.
and regarding sa blaupunkt amp, kung pinadala nyo sa lrt at pinapa-rush nyo sa amin din ang bagsak nun ..hehehe...
some of the blaupunkt guys also know us because we.. sometimes can repair the blaupunkt HU that they cant repair...(lucky us...hahaha)

may mga case na masungit ako sa customer if sobra pressured ako sa work(some customer demand that i should finish their tampered amps w/in 2days, but the pay is good so why not...)sometimes i argue w/ the thin guy but di ko binabastos ang mga customer...( some of the KAC notice it too..hehehe)
buti na clear up na mga things....
