started off by stripping the car off with its interior panels and started pouring liquid deadening.

here you can see the liquid deadening being poured. once cured it will harden into a rubber like substance.

to illustrate the kind of finish it has, i painted it white just for the photoshoot.

same goes for the cabin area.

    same goes into the trunk.

here's the ceiling with the deadening mats

and then covered with Wurth acoustic foam.

here are the doors treated with a thick layer of that rubberized liquid deadening.

then a couple of layers of flashband.

and then sealed off with a thicker rubber like deadening mat.

here it is with the midbass installed.

just want to share some tips from our site!!!

I wonder how much weight it all adds to the car? ... Your fuel consumption will definitely change.

I saw on tv a van setup to maximum for audio with a concrete slab floor and very thick lexan sheet replacing the glass (to prevent it from shattering).

that is another topic for the MYTH BUSTERS...hehehe

I wonder what was the "liquid rubber" that was used there? Para kasing undercoat lang na rubber paint yun.

Dynamat is just way too expensive than 3M Flashband.
