Yep. Unfortunately my integrated hu is quite limited and can only play mp3s.

What unit did you use? I think the dsp2 has an optical in which I plan to use.

I might have to replace my current one as the LCD cannot be read anymore maybe due to old age (it came with the car when bought new).

theres nothing wrong kung limited ang budget sa setup. just do it right and im sure nakangiti ka nakikinig. hehe

i'm also a believer on this and i concur. kahit limited ang budget but you have maximised the potential of the setup, you can still enjoy the sound quality. my advice to aging people and those who have already defeciencies in hearing but would still like the sound of music, have your ears checked by an audiogram to identify which frequencies you can compensate on your setup. kahit anong mahal nag setup but the ears has already problems which has never been identified in what area of the spectrum, is still useless. this i learned from an audiophile friend. and in the modern times, DSp is your friend.

Mga boss, kaya ba ng 10th gen na civic yung 2 amp set up (isang mono at 4 channel) na stock alternator lang at walang extra battery? Eto nakalagay ngayon 12" jbl subs powered by gmd9601. JBL seps at stock speakers sa likod. Balak ko lagyan ng gmd9604 para terno sila ng mono amp ko.

No problem specially if you are using thick gauge power wires.

May subs with mono amp po ako at palit ng component at coaxial ang mga speakers with 4channel amp, nakakonek din po sila sa equalizer, tapos stock head unit. Kung magpalit po kaya ako ng 2din na head unit, possible mawala yung noise? Thank you.

actually i think ok naman plano mo for subs. yun nga lang kapag nakabit baka ma emphasize na medyo lack luster ang stock speakers for your mids and highs. take note I am assuming your innova has the same speakers as a fortuner and hilux yun lang kasi ang nabuksan ko.

hinde ako audiophile kaya ko pagtyagaan stock speakers but i know they are not the last word in performance. since you are thinking of subs i guess you might want to upgrade your door speakers as well.

i suggest mag start ka sa headunit muna.. yung may magandang sound output.. maraming "smart" head units now pero iba pa din yung gawa ng mainstream like pioneer, sony and alpine.. replace ka muna ng stock speakers.. sometimes, dyan lang ay busog ka na sa sound without the need to add subwoofer that will just take so much space in the back

^ That's very true. No need to overspend right from the start.

For me a good Pioneer head unit and separates in front + coaxials for rear fill happy na even without sub.

If you need more then pwede naman add a 4ch amp and sub later.

for me, i'll keep the stock hu kung ok naman mga phone connectivity ( like bluetooth, music streamer) and change the speakers muna with a better brand then have the doors deadened. with a good tuning, that will improve yung sound quality. pero kung gusto yung bassy at boomy na sound then need nga ng subwoofer. para less ang space, pwede yung mga active subs nowadays na maninipis na pwede sa ilalim ng seats
