I think the entry level Pioneer X2750BT already has enough tuning options. From Time Alignment, 13-Band Graphic EQ, Active Crossover options. Pioneer also has a higher than usual preout voltage(for future upgrades like an external amp), which is double than Alpine's. Lastly, I prefer the "fat" sounding Pioneer than the clinical Alpine.

I'm not too sure but I believe 2015's model was a bit problematic according to some installers as the firmware was causing too much RMA's to Pioneer.
