btanong ko lng mga tol kc sinubukan ko i-amp ung 2 speakers ko sa likod na pioneer sa 4ch amp ko n nkakabit \dun ung 2 10" subs tapos nag static na kaya tinanggal ko uli ung 2 pionner n speaker sa amp tapos ganun na uli nagstatic pa rin. Ano dapat ko gawin para mwala uli ung static?

Check mo yung wiring. Dapat walang putol ang wires para less probability na magkaroon ng static. Worse case : baka nadamage na yung speakers mo kaya ganun.

I just got the Pioneer 2950. As of now, im using Targa X series seps for the front, and moved my kenwood stock speakers to the rear temporarily. I have no amp, but will get one when I get my sub next month. I'm running my Seps directly from my 2950. I'm not THAT happy about the sound, it's mediocre.

Question:When I run my seps through the amp, will it sound more clean, n loud n have some good midbass? Or will a crossover do the job? or both? I think my headunit is the problem, i played around with the sounds, and i just can't seem to get the nice midbass/bass sounds, and the voice isn't as clear as i'd like it to be.

May X-over na dapat yung separates ah. I use Kicker separates. Its good.

I was able to visit Spinner, talk to Lito..

Separates Kicker - P 3,500 if im not mistaken
wiring kit - P 1000

cost around 12K lng, di na daw kailangan ng amplifier as he said dhil amplified na yung Sub..

mga sir...newbie lang po sa sound setup....I have a toyota innova and gusto ko sana i-setup ung sounds... My HD is a fujitsu 2-din. kailangan ko pa po bang palitan un to have a good quality sa sounds? d ko naman po kasi gusto ung sobrang ganda..kahit konting bayo and medyo malinaw ang tunog masaya na ko.. ano po ba dapat palitan at ilagay ko? thank you in advance sa mga inputs niyo. and by the way gusto ko sana mga 10k to 12k lang ang ibbudget ko.

Ayus pede na sya bro! Ginawa ko kasi dati pumunta ng raon ng mga gamit like seps and subs then pinakabit ko sa installer ko. mas mura kasi dun bro. isa isahin mo lang mga shop dun then kuha ka sa pinakamura. Then pakabit mo nalang sayong suking installer.

If you get 1507, sabi daw, it's not very clean sounding and that it's good for subs only, not for clarity in your speakers. If you do go 1507, you might be happier also getting a 2CH amp to power your seps. The Fenton 2500 is only 2 channel amp, only good for either speakers or subs. The Fenton 4100 i believe is 4 channels..but a little pricey for a budget setup. Go for Thunder Audio, it's like the 1507 but cleaner, and it's orig pa.

I'm planning to buy a Honda Esi 95-96 model or Honda V-tec na same year model

and sobrang gusto ko i set up and sound system nya...

eto po ang question ko...

i listen to rock at hard metal music, pero pag napagtripan ko nakikiking ako ng mga hiphop, trance, house etc....

meron po ba klase ng set up na pwede dito yun parang SQ at SPL sya at the same time? if so ano po set up ang gagawin ko...

base sa mga nabasa ko sa mga previous replies sa thread na ito ito po yun set up (correct nyo na lang po ako if may mali)

HU - siguro gagamitin ko yun stock muna na Head Unit nya...
(front) Seps - 2 x (3way) ano brand po ba maganda?
(rear) Croaxial - 2x ano po brand ang maganda?
Amplifier - ano po ulit brand ang ok?
Subs - ilan po ba ang kailangan ko (gusto ko kasi medyo mabayo e)

pwede po ba na bumili ako ng mga gamit na ito tapos ipa install ko na lang sa shop na magaling sa car audio or meron po ba kayo shop na pwede ibigay sa kin na guaranteed na malupit magset up? tsaka may nakita din po ako ng mga speakers na may neon light sa gilig ano po ba tawag dun?

ang budget ko nga pala is 20-25k...

Since you have a DLS Xover, I will use it instead of your V12's built in cross over. If possible, turn off your V12's cross ver. If you can't, set it to all.

For the fronts, set your DLS cross over to high pass (HP). This will allow only high frequency sounds to enter your seperates. As to the rest, use your ears. The goal is to get the best possible sound without pushing your equipment to clipping.

For the sub set your cross over to low pass (LP). This way, your sub will only play bass.

BTW, adjust in small increments and be carefull with the gain. Its usually not a good idea to push all the way up.

Since you have a limited budget, this is what I suggest. Canvass ka muna. Most of the time, the shop will install your equipmnent for free if you buy it from them. Kung kabit lang they normally charge around 200 pesos per item.

Seps, cheap but decent: Targa and Crystal
Seps, more expensive but better brands: JBL CS series, JBL GTO series, entry level ng: Focal, DLS, etc... personally, this is where I will put my money.

Amp: you might be limited to Fenton or Alpine V12 (Taiwan or Korea) around 3K pesos. Get a 4 channel amp thats bridgable and has built in cross overs.

Rear: to maximize your budget, just use your stock speakers powered by your head unit. You can even do away with it.

Sub: Targa, Phoenix Gold make cheap decent subs. Get a 12 inch sub. Budget around 2500 to 3000 for a sub box. A sealed box is easier to make and more forgiving. A ported box will give you louder bass.

Wiring will be at least 1000. Note on wiring kits, they are cheaper but are slightly undersized.

Note: budgetary prices are estimates only. Have not check prices for a long time.

Check your wiring specially your ground and power cable baka loose or undersized. Also check your car's ground wire, you might need to upgrade.

Best bet, bring it back to the shop that installed your sub and ask them to check why your dash lights blink.
