Humming sound in stereo, if i on my aircon. Whay?

Hi guys, any idea how my aircon affect my sound system, i have my basic sound set up, single sub, 2 amp and capacitor. It increase the noise if i adjust the fan selector. Anu problema kaya nito? Tia

You have a grounding problem somewhere.

They already mentioned the only cause, go check on both from your trusted technician.
If the technician is telling you another, just run away as he is just pulling your leg to charge more.

Its most likely a grounding issue. Bring your car back to the shop that installed the sound setup and have them fix it. Back job yan.

Saan ka meron hum?
1. AM Station
2. FM Station
3. TV (if meron)
4. USB music
5. CD misic
6. AUX

kung lahat yan meron hum meron problem ang radio mo.

pero kung hindi lahat, i-isolate mo un at trace bakit sha nag hum.

kung meron kang kaibigan na meron car at similar sa radio mo, ask mo kung payag sha mag swap kayo ng radios for testing purpose.

Actually sir khit anung station or menu sa stereo ko meron sya humming sound, but once i turned off my aircon nawawala din yung humming. Di naman pansin kpag malakas ang sounds ko pero kpag dead air or mute noticeable talaga, lalo na po kpag malakas ang fan ng aircon ko. Ty

I will check this weekend my grounding wires. Di po ba makakadamage ng stereo or speaker kpag ginamit pa din. Thank you

It won't damage. It's simply interfering with it.. so what you get is annoyance.

Update ko lang, yung humming sound po nawala na, iniba ko po yung routing ng wires, pinadaan ko na lng agad sa carpet. Nawala n yung humming sound kpag nka ac ako, pero npansin ko my whistling sound naman kasabay ng rpm, nawawala kpag off ang stereo. Diy ko lng

Dumaan ba rca wires mo malapit sa blower ng aircon? Try to route it somewhere. It might be interference.

Oh, you can also try other input device other than your car stereo like an ipod using an rca to 3.5mm jack and connect it to your amp just to isolate the problem or rule out that it is your head unit that has a problem..

Now you have alternator whine. Still a grounding problem.

^agree, did have the same problem with an install I did. After that I never got that generic rca. konting dikit sa ground, static, konting dikit sa car wiring, static.
