March 5th, 2008 11:56 PM #4we got to participate in the driver training and man are those m cars sweet! the austrian trainer that bmw brought in took everyone for a spin in the m3 and m5 to give us a glimpse of what they could do. nice drifting in the m5. great cornering in the m3.
had the most fun on the slalom course though. X5 4.8, 530D and the 7 series were blasts to drive! :D surprise of the day was the 120D! those BMW diesels are plenty quick!

Yup, they're sweet. I'd like a little more torque, but a car that makes you work hard to build speed would be a sweet toy for track-days...
