    Yup, I guess this further differentiates the M3 sedan from the rest of the 3-series sedan models.

    The regular 2008/09 3-series might get the coupe's rounded grill, but based on the spy photo, it will retain the old sedan lights.

    Not much modification with the current M3.. but still nice.

    What with the buldge on hood?

    Which actually fits below the hood.

    But the M3 does use the bulge for some extra cooling, and as a reminder that it has a honking big engine inside that engine-bay.

    The coupe really looks better, the front of the M3 sedan doesn't flow quite smoothly with the rest of the car. Still it looks good and I'd still take it over the C63AMG.

    Nah I think it's for the "M V8" badge. Notice the bulge is roughly on top of where the badge would be.
