looks more like a pair of " Lungs " to me

I thought these were exclusive to their SUV/Crossover lineup

I still think its good. bigger or smaller its still a BMW trademark. for ICE, they should still keep using these designs. but for the i8 successor they should go away with the beans/lungs..

The i is a totally separate line....they can mess w/ those however they want.[emoji4]. The new look will take a while to grow on Bimmer enthusiasts. Yet to meet or find 1 who's raving about the design direction. Me? I've long been stuck in that 2002-e30 era. The last of the lil bimmers.

Rendered with a more conventional grille and bumper design. 100x better IMO.

palaki na ng palaki sasakyan. that m4 is supposed to be the out and out sports coupe of the bmw range. ngayon that is more akin to a luxury gt tourer.

The newer M2 is what the older M3 coupe was like before - nimble and powerful for a compact. The new M3/M4 are much bigger and more powerful than before. The M6 and M8 are the new grand tourers.

The M2 is closest to the 1seriesM(stick only) it replaced. A good bud who was briefly into them Ms had a 1sM, a rare LimeRock3(the last of the NA V8) & the more refined F M3. Of those, the perfectly sized 1seriesM was the rawest, nimblest...a true spiritual successor of the e30M.
Hope mods won't mind an OT plug.... if there's interest here for a set of genuine 1seriesM CSL staggered 19s, please PM. He sought a hand to clear storage.
