Hi! I'm "inheriting" my brother's BMW 118i 2007, and I'm wondering if I can do the following upgrades to it without ruining the car:

1. Add touchscreen infotainment system
2. Add parking sensors (front and rear)
3. Add a push start button

To retain OE headunit compatibilty & harness system w/o cuts & splices on the body side, shop vehicle specific options w/ proper terminal adapters here:
BMW 1 Series Audio – Radio, Speaker, Subwoofer, Stereo

On the 2 other plans, I'd not recommend mods & conversions that alter the electronics & body control module side of Germans unless they're OE plugNplay parts. You might just be inviting unwanted gremlin invasions. They can come in waves....Just my humble 2cents.
