E30 vs. E34

Which would be a good old model BMW to keep? Both are already classics, but which would be better in terms of maintenance, parts availability and reliability/durability? What would be the distinct advantages/disadvantages of each? I've read that the E34 is built like a tank, but the E30 also is a joy to drive they say.

Kung ako mas type ko yung E30 since it has the classic BMW looks. I almost got one pero medyo takot ako sa parts and service baka kasi mahirapan ako to maintain it saka dala na rin ako sa BMW because of high maintenance costs of my former E36 316i. I'm happier with Mercedes Benzes.

nagulat nga ako ikaw pa unang sumagot sa thread na to a friend kasi currently has an E34, and is contemplating on replacing it with an E30. Kung ako rin mas type ko ang E30, pero iba rin talaga dating ng E34. However, kung old Benz vs. BMW, Benz pa rin target ko, no offense to BMW owners

Naglalaway nanaman ako sa E30, yung katabi namin dito sa office merong E30 4 door, mukhang 320i na nangaling sa Subic (C-plates), ang kinis pa nung auto, kaya minsan sadya ko na lang di tinitignan pag nadadaanan ko.

it all depends on your needs... parehong ok yan. if comfort and space hanap mo sa e34 ako. mas magaang lang dalhin ang e30 because of its small size compare sa e34.

i used to have both models sa kin you cannot compare yung dalawa. i love them both.

E30- sa kin 320i AT, sobra enjoy i drive parang maliit na laruan if your after for speed,cornering go for it, so small, so compact... unforgettable happened to me i beated a new model honda civic 1.8 sa daang hari kala nya siguro porket luma di kaya humataw

E34- kung ito choice mo okay din if love doing long trip ito ang okay, so comfortable, elegant, pwedeng sporty look / pang formal
sa parts wala problema lalo mas madami kaysa sa E30, and i suggest if ever your goin to choose this model make sure it's a M50 engine para mas matipid
