i think the price is reasonable. i know one who's selling the same model/year for 550k

my friend (Tsuperdriver), now a tsikoteer, is also considering buying a 2001 316i(e46).

That's a reasonable price, but be sure to check the engine and over-all under chassis condition. It's easier to service bimmers nowadays with so many experienced shops around manila. But if you have the extra cash, go for an E46! mas pogi talaga. Hehe.
