tama si nencilla..ako nakuha ko yung sticker ko after joining the on-line forum muna. si sir dindo ang tumulong na maregister ako online. kay qwerty ko naman kinuha yung avanza sticker ko kasi magkalapit lang yung office namin.

then after some time, nag set na ng rules and regulations on how to become an official member of the ACP. which i believe is maganda naman ang objective/purpose ng paglalagay ng rules and regulations. maganda rin naman na may set of rules and regulations para may konting bahid ng formality and order. so to become an official member you have to attend at least two EBs after which you can get the official member counter sticker.

yung mga rules naman ng club are not absolute. like kung talagang nakita yung effort ng isang member na from tarlac o quezon province pa eh pinilit pa rin umattend ng kanyang first EB dito sa metro manila, may mag-oobject pa ba kung at his/her first EB attendance eh bigyan na siya ng "official member" counter sticker?

wala naman pong pilitan sa pag-attend ng EBs. marami akong nakikita na active pa rin sa forum and are extending their assistance and help maski na hindi sila umaatend ng EBs.

at sa kahit na anong organization may clashes po talaga ng views. and ang maganda lang dito sa club, lahat ng sentiments pinakikingggan. hindi man po agad maaksyonan ang isyu ng ilan, pasasaan ba at darating din tayo sa punto na maiaayos ang lahat.

In some car clubs, hou have to attend a minimum number of EB to retain the membership. This is also implemented for the same reason above.

There have been people who showed interest in joining then vanished. Some even got stickers.

Not because hindi naka attend ng minimum number EB ay matatatanggal na sa list. Kung may valid reasons and nakikita naman na active dito sa tsikot. They are excused.

I have not attended all EB kasi may lakad na with the family, may sakit, etc. Kung puwede ako, I make it a point na pumunta sa EB.

I am sorry kung may mga posts na hindi ko nasasagot or hindi nasagot ng iba. But I think, lahat ng nag PM sa akin ay nasasagot ko.

Just like you, I was an accepted member also with submitted picture of my avanza... that time that's one of the requirements to become a member... since i can't find time also to attend eb's, i'm not a member anymore.:crying: maybe in the future pag umuwi si hubby baka maka-attend na rin kami... hopefully welcome pa rin ako/kami... thanks...

Sir, if you can remember, in the early stages of creating this club, it was agreed that officers will be elected to perform such functions. You were hereby elected by the early members to be the president of this club. Now somewhere along the way, mebbe somebody (or probably you) suggested that to be a valid member, the club established rules and regulations as such. Then, you dropped the existing members from the list, the very members who voted you to be president of this club. Aren't you supposed to be speaking for them? Them, who were not able to attend your set EBs for one reason or another? I was surprised by the comment of elleda, when she stated that "she reacted in this ruling . . . wala silang paki-alam

How can you reconcile your aforementioned statement (the one in bold) with her statement? Mebbe a further clarification is required?

Frankly pangit ang nabasa ko ngayon dito, opinyon ko lang po yan.
Pangit para sa gustong maging member, tingin ko din eto.
Nangyari kasi dito sa nakita ko ay ang problema sa komunikasyon.

Sa mga naunang member na tinanggal, sana for formality dapat na-inform muna sila thru email or pm.

Thu I'm not yet an ACP member officialy and personally, I still care for ACP the same for the whole Avanza family ( owners, riders, lovers, sino pa ba?). One thing I'm sure we have in common is that LOVE for AVANZA. (agree ba kayo dun?)
I do feel and understand BOTH side and I do believe na pareho me pagkukulang (just don't ask me why). I hope and pray na maayos na ang problema e kasi baka mawalan na ng gana ang mga new readers na magjoin sa club e baka di na lumago

Sa pag kakaalam ko, I have never implemented something without consultation either dito sa forum or sa mga EB.

As I have said, I am just 1 vote.

Ang pagkukulang ko ay hindi natapos ang rules and regulations ng club para ma register sa SEC.

BTW, sa EB this month there will be election of new officers. In a previous EB, it was agreed upon that in every Anniversary EB (in october) election of officers will be held.

lahat naman nang ginawa was posted here.. nung mapagkasunduang i re reset ang membership to zero.. ni post din yan dito.. lahat nang changes na ginawa eh pinag botohan nung mga active members na uma aattend sa mga meeting.. so i dont think it's right na sisihin ang kahit sino sa pag implement nang mga rules and regulations..

all of these para sa ikagaganda naman nang club..

sir meledson, sensya na... nagbigay ako sa tingin ko valid reason naman on my part, maybe hindi valid reason ang binigay ko sa club kaya inalis pa rin ako ng club... since, nasa abroad si husband and i'm alone here attending my daughter & son's needs, I really can't find time to attend EB since talagang pagod na ako after a whole week of work & attending to family matters... and one thing, hindi ako makaattend kasi ang thinking ko, ang husband ko nasa abroad, all alone, nagtitiis, then ako nasa EB and enjoying the moment... AND HINDI TOTOO na hindi matatanggal sa list, kasi I, MYSELF, NATANGGAL AS A MEMBER... or maybe HINDI NGA VALID REASON ANG FAMILY MATTERS... so sad... sensya na po, talagang nag-react ako dyan sa rule na iyan ang as far as i can remember, si sir qwerty pa yata ang very frim na sumagot sa akin na kung hindi makakaattend, hindi pwedeng maging member, paano naman daw iyong nagbibigay ng effort to attend EB, and paano nga ang willing pero may mga kailangang i-consider before attending EB??? meaning talagang walang pakialam sa mga gustong mag-attend pero hindi makaattend... right???? and to tell you frankly, NAKAKASAMA NG LOOB, til nag-email na ako kay ms. jane, still iyon pa rin ang outcome, very nice naman si ms. jane and she even find time to email me back... kahit kayo lumagay sa lugar ko na INALIS AS A MEMBER na that time, wala pang ruling about sa minimum EB, talagang nakaka-depress...

tama ang sabi ni sir swethart, baka nga hindi na lumago ang avanza club sa higpit ng rules nyo na minimum 2 EB... imagine, avanza club nga ito, meaning dapat may avanza ka, kahit may avanza ka na, hindi ka pa rin makapag-member because of that ruling...

hi manifaboy, read all the posts here on how to become a member... you'll know if there's an exception to become a member... since abroad ka, and you can't attend at least 2 EB, you can't still be a member even YOU'RE AN AVANZA OWNER...

elleda and many others (including yours truly) are in a quandary.

We are required to attend the initial eb's just to get heard about our suggestions about not being able to attend eb's regularly.

Kaya nga dito na lang kami nag-sa-suggest nina elleda, avanza_84, et.al., dahil nga hindi madali para sa amin ang umattend ng eb (puro ncr-based pa ang mga unang eb nowadays). Are you saying na walang leverage ang aming mga inputs dito sa forum because they weren't presented personally in an eb/formal meeting?

*burjegol -my honest opinion on what elleda posted are as follows:

1. at first one must really abide by the rules of the club. so tama po si elleda na kung hindi maka-abide sa rules, hindi ka pwede.
2. hindi po totoo yung walang magagawa dito (forum).. at yung kaso wala silang pakialam. kasi kung wala po kaming pakialam, we wont bother explaining our side.
3. as i have mentioned, the rules of the club are not absolute. but for the meantime we must abide by the rules. sabi nga ng law professor ko, the law maybe harsh but it is still the law. "kini ang balaud".
4. sentiments posted at the forum are noted. at uulitin ko po, hindi man masolusyunan agad, pasasaan ba at maayos din po ang mga ito.

i rest my case on this issue.

Mula ng na implement ang 2 EB rule, walang exception. Lahat as in lahat was removed from the list and have to complete the 2 EBs. Even I have to comply, kahit na part ako ng first original members. Walang VIP-VIP, patas lahat.

The purpose ay para ma identify kung sino talaga ang magiging active or kahit na pasulpot-sulpot sa forum or sa EB. Mayroon kasing mga nag member na nag hi, hello, pabili sticker, and then naglaho.

Metro Manila base yung main chapter pero we are open to provincial chapter.. matagal nang pinag uusapan ito.. kailangan lang may mag i initiate dyan sa province at sya mag o organize then coordinate with the NCR Chapter.

Tapos if possible, sabay ang monthly EBs nang mga provincial chapter sa NCR chapter.. then if possible din, mag set aside nang isang EB per year na yung mga taga NCR pupunta dyan sa provincial chapter or vice versa.

Kailangan lang nang coordination, yung mga nasa province hindi naman pina a attend nang EBs dito sa Manila.
