Wow, ayos, ah. Kung hindi tinandaan yung dating BEFORE pic at hindi makikitang nabawasan yung insulation dun sa isang picture, mahirap i-determine kung alin ang BEFORE at alin ang AFTER. Very nicely done! Congrats!

Now you just have to install pull handles on the 3rd row, man. Patronize your own ba. Hehehehehehehe....

Probably my vanzy would be completely wrap with this insulation material at the end.... ha..ha..

Insulating Door or rather door sound proofing?
    Purpose:
    - Improve the speakers sound
    - Sound deadening
    - comfort ??

Open up the doortrim of avanza J. this is what we can see. (there is like plastic material used to cover the door.

I decide to remove this and replace it with the thin insulating material. (5mm one sided, cost: 48pesos/M)

Next step is making the mold, just simply use our doortrim to make this mold.

This is how I install it.

    Note:
After installed the right door part, i decide to test my speaker.., result: more bass sound compare to the left door(uninsulated)

    ENJOY YOUR DIY...

Kapag nasa ibabaw ng purlins ang insulation, dapat hindi flat ang pagkabit, dapat mayroong air space between the insulation and the G.I. sheet (yero) ng bubong. Bale naka curve pababa yung foam in between purlins.

So, having found out about this way of installing, hindi ko na ginaya yung pagkabit ni Marfin na naka-flush siya sa bubong. Less work pa. Hehehehe.

Another difference is, I approached the front part from the driver's side. Less work again, dahil walang pull handle na kailangang tanggalin.

    To be continued...
