Where to buy California Car Duster in Cebu?

After reading your good reviews on California Car Duster, I tried to scout for one here in Cebu? But at a loss where to find it here? What's available here is only Microtex Car Duster. Pwede na bang alternative sya to CCD? If so how effective is Microtex Car Duster? How to use it? I have tried one yet.
