saan ko kaya pwede palinis to atsaka palapat ulit at padikitan ng rugby? do any of you guys have any idea how much new ceiling material would cost? carpet,vinyl or otherwise?

carpet try mo sa mg square. not sure lang with the price. papalitan mo na lang. afaik, 1500 - 2k petot.

Just an advice:

Ceilings are not easy to repair. Because of the extensive exposure to heat, the ceiling is prone to peeling. Ceiling repair also requires a special roller to mount it well. If you plan to have this repaired, expect it also that it would peel off in the next few years - that is if the adhesive is good enough and application is excellent.
