help: chipped paint sa hood

hi guys,

i need your help. as i was cleaning my car, i noticed a chip in the paint of my hood. its deep enough to expose the paint underneath. it's about 1mm. i don't know what caused this, maybe a rock flew while i was driving. i'm worried that rust may soon form if i didn't fix this.



what should i do to fix this? are there any off-the-shelf product that can fix this or do i need to take this to a specialist?
can you give me suggestions?

Touch up paint. You might want to check with your car's dealer if they can provide you with a small can of paint for your car's color.
