    what's the best way to restore a license plate to look new. Kahit maganda oto pero madumi plate sablay naman.

    I'm planning to use the zymol cleaner wax since parang paint din naman yun diba?

    Best way, repaint it. The original paint on it tends to get dirt get into it and stay there.

    i have the same problem. whenever i'd wax my plates, the green paint would come off.

    nadiskubre ko lang ito, alam niyo yung pang linis ng computer na nabibili sa computer shops na nakalagay sa white plastic? im not sure kung ano chemical meron dun pero yung mga hard to remove stains sa plate number eh natanggal nung computer cleaner na yun. now my plate looks like new except dun sa paint na nag-chip off na dati.

    try mo degreaser, cgurado linis nyan!
    mmm... masyadong matapang descreaser lalo na yung petrolium based. baka pati pintura matanggal. stick with a citrus based apc if possible.

    kung talagang beyond cleaning, pwede mong ipa-repaint iyan. i saw sa sta. lucia mall along marcos hiway in cainta may auto accessories shop (the garage yata yung pangalan) na accredited daw sila ng LTO na mag-restore ng license plates. gamit nila is yung "reflectorized" paint din tulad ng orig na nakalapat sa plaka. last time i asked P700 for a pair, and the job would take around 5 days.

    hmmm im from cainta...ask ko lang..marcos hiway o imelda ave?.... sige ill look for this one.. super dumi na plates ko eh..hamfanget.

    ts1n1ta...if im not mistaken, the shop is inside sta. lucia east mall...2nd or 3rd flr...right beside the escalator yang shop na yan(left kung paakyat ka) coming from the entrance with the lottery station - eto yung tipong entrance between megamall bldg A and B....sorry d ko madescribe.

    errr, yun nga lang, walang replacement plates so stuck kotse mo for almost a week.

    bro MC CLEANER nabibili sa mga hardware yun, mura lang tanggal mantsa di kumakapit ang pintura ng plate. balik puti yun.
    paste type yun nakalagay sa small can.

    Gaas (kerosene) ginamit ko dati ng naglinis ako plaka. Ok naman. Hindi nagmukhang bago pero luminis naman.
