Guys, may I ask.

Would you recommend the use of chemical strippers (e.g Stripsol), in removing paints as part of the body prep for painting? Or would you just use rub down technique in removing the old paint.

Thanks. My present car paint has visible cracks all over and is long due for a repaint.
