body scratches - need advice

mga gurus, need an advice about my car's body scratches. i think major scratches na toh and di na makukuha ng scratch remover.
scartches:
- hood (nabagsakan ng yero because of milenyo) 2 straight line kta na yung primer/metal.
- left door (sumabit ako sa pader), kita na primer.
- front bumper and rear bumber (tumama din sa pader).

ano po ba dapat kong gawin? next year ko pa pahilamos yung car.
yung sa front and rear bumper i think ok lang since fiber glass naman sya walang kakalawangin, about the hood and the door panel baka kasi magkaroon ng kalawang. new driver lang po ako so expect ko na talaga ang mga damage sa body and since maliit lang yung parking ko, tapos laki sasakyan ko 96 mitsu galant.

have the rusted parts sanded down then treat it with a anti rust solution so that the rust won't spread, then apply some touch up paint for protection or some masilya on the dented part. Temporary lang to para di magkalat ang kalawang.

OT: mukhang madami talaga nadale ni Milenyo sa mga auto ng tsikoteers ah.. AFAIK, pati din si ILD.. tsk tsk..
