Get a whiteboard marker and write over it in a zigzag pattern. Remove the effects with a clean rag.

I agree with Ghosthunter... use a whiteboard marker on it first. Actually, even alcohol and a rag might work on it. Use the clay bar only when you've exhausted your other options.
