prevent scratches??? SIMPLE
Dont use the car and keep it covered, otherwise it's impossible
maintenance, same as black but less work, read the Black Car Maintenance thread ...
Ui red. My favorite. hehehe. To maintain the deep and shiny look, have a regular cleaning/waxing regimen. Whatever you do, you wont be able to prevent scratches lalo na kung daily driver yung car mo. hehehe.

and of course:
Teh detailing thread - applies to all colors. hehehe

In our environment, its impossible to prevent scratches. We have to live with it. The best we can do is to maintain our cars luster and shine thru detailing.
While I was detailing my car last sunday, my neybor pulls up beside their house calls up his helper and points on the hood, the helper then proceeded to wipe the cars hood using their trusty chamois, and rubs the stained area hard, I can hear the squaks as the helper was rubbing it, ouch! I feel for the car. BTW, my neybor was driving a RED Chevy Silverado pickup :D
