pano tanggalin gasgas sa bintana?

guys, %^$&*!!! na motor yan, ginasgasan bintana ko sa passenger side ng sidemirror niya, pero nasingil ko naman, question lang is pano ba matatanggal yung gasgas na yun (parang check mark yung naiwang gasgas, at rough siya pag kinapa) w/o replacing the window? ngayon ko lang kasi naencounter ang gasgas sa salamin ndi sa body, help naman, anyone diyan na nakakaalam and thanks in advance.

replace... nothing you can do about scratches on glass unless you grind it down, but this will sacrifice the strenth of the glass.

1000php, we didn't bother to call any police or mmda for a report dahil mas magtatagal lang and hassle so we just agreed on that amount pero i'm not sure kung magkano palit ng window, thats why i posted here at baka sakali may ibang solution aside from replacement.. im guessing its more than a thousand pesos but i could be wrong.
