i was washing my car this morning...
lahat na nang pag iingat ko ginawa ko na...

    i use 2 towels for washing(upper / lower)

damn, habang nag lilinis ako nang lower part, medyo mapunas ko din un upper part (by 1 inch). ang malas ko naman talaga, nag iwan nang malaking white scratch about 2 inches (copper orange un car ko).

i tried using 3m scratch remover then carnuba wax... failed

    what should i do...

its deep, i can feel it not only with my nails but with my skin itself!

i know na malabo na ito mawala, but what i am asking is how to HIDE IT!

at least man un ndi gaano mahalata...

hay ka malas malasan naman o ....

you can't hide it other than touching it up with paint... kung black sana car mo madali lang (permanent ink markers would do the trick) but since orange sya, you'll need to get some touch up paint.

yup, sometimes they come in spray can form...

paint touchup is quite difficult so make sure you're pretty handy with car painting... ako medyong oploks ako sa ganyan hehe... hirap pag scratch eh, pag ding or chip mas madali.

Why don't you try to bring your car to a professional body shop? Get an estimate on how much it's worth. At least keep your options open; don't limit yourself to attempting to try to touch the paint up yourself. And an estimate is free anyway, nothing to lose!

I tried it once and messed up my paint even more. I ended up paying to have a section of the car repainted instead. D'oh! :P

Suggestion lang for next time dieselNUBI,

kasi black amin so ingat din kami sa ganyan... when washing, we use four sets
of towels, one for top, one for bottom, one for the wheels and roof basket, and another one for the fenders and stepboards...

Pero sa bottom portion before we use the towel, we spray muna with running water and wiping using bare hands to loosen /remove big dirts... di mo kasi maiwasan dumikit iyan sa towel, pero sa kamay mo, ramdam mo kagad dirt and putik so matanggal mo siya agad before using your hands again sa ibang portions...

messy and kadiri lang talaga pero okay lang, basta iwas scratch...

e46 is right, like I said, touching up linear scratches (especially on vertical surfaces) are very hard...

Help me out! Big Scratch!
