Need some color advise

[OTEP]

My patrol is currently wearing the OEM pearl black color with the gold/beige/whatever lower tone. This is how it looked like the first time I visited it at the used car lot:

Now, I'm having some paintwork done and I'm kinda sick of that gold tone (been sick of that shade since my Pajero days).

I'm planning to get rid of it. Should I go monotone? Or will I look 'chopsuey' or trying hard to be a 'Presidential Edition' unit?

Of course, I still don't have the beans to spill for the bumper, wheels, and lift.

You guys have always provided good suggestions. I hope you can help me with this one.

Would probably look good in Metallic Silver or Shiny Metallic Black monotone.
