painting on a stormy day - please help

nagpa paint ako ng side mirrors saka bumper, this was before the storm - ang kaso inabutan parin ng ulan, the painter was able to apply primer and first base coat lang, nag-i-insist yung pintor na tapusin kasi covered naman yung shop nya...pero pinatigil ko kasi takot ako baka lumubo, papatuloy ko nalang ulit pag umaraw.

question? - kailangan ko ba patanggal yung first coat, or pwede na ituloy yun? what are the chances na mag orange peel yun pag tinuloy?

ur opinion or suggestion will be appreciated..

pa-arawan mo yung pinintahan. kung na contaminate yung paint ng moisture mag bubble na ang paint pag nainitan.

orange peel is caused by too thick a coat of paint. what you should look for are blisters. if the painter was using urethane you're right to make him stop. however if he was painting in a paint booth with strong lamps and using urethane flo additive, medyo pwede kang mag risk mag paint pag high humidity.
