June 10th, 2010 12:37 PM #4531Haha yup, liquid sapphire is great for metallics and light colored cars because with light and metallic colored cars its quite hard improve depth, depth is usually much more noticeable on dark colored cars, which light and metallics the best way to show a good quality paint would be to show how clean your paint is for whites and yellows and show the clarity of the paint for metallics thats why liquid saphhire is great for lights and metallics, it has enough cleaning power to make paint snap and look clean without being abrasive since the cleaners in it are chemical in nature not mechanical, i recommend the paste version since it has better filling capabilities compared to liquid version and this goes great for making the paint a lot clearer especially with metallics, 915 is mainly for darker colored cars but also gives great results on these colors

June 10th, 2010 02:33 PM #4537*jmpet626: super resin polish is a lot like KAIO and KSG in one, the difference though is that super resin polish looks a lot better but its looks and durability doesn't last that long

June 10th, 2010 02:55 PM #4538*Starex_Gold: yup that sapphire is like a AIO but the durability is still synonymous to collinite, As for the super resin polish yes that would like step 2, but you see super resin polish is the same like KAIO in the sense that it leaves a very good finish thats pretty much oil free whereas step 2 leaves oils that makes the paint look wet so its either step 2 followed with a wax or KAIO/super resin polish + sealant and then wax
pretty much like
Step 2 + 915
or
KAIO+KSG/Super resin Polish + 915
the purpose of Super Resin Polish is to create a very smooth and clean oil free surface so the next LSP would be very conducive to bonding which means its best for sealants and then wax for ultimate shine and protection
so if you want to go further it would be
Super Resin Polish + KSG +915
but you can't use Step 2 before Super Resin Polish since the oils in Step 2 would prevent Super Resin Polish from bonding
Hope i managed to explain it properly.

*mam madkatz
What can you recommend naman po na ibang wax aside from 476S na pupwede po sa maroon color? Yung balance of shine and protection hehe.
Tsaka pupuwede po ba kahit QD na lang (TW Platinum or NanoSLIQ) ang ipahid muna tapos 476 ulit? Garage queen kasi itong Vios lately. Hehe, tinatamad akong hugasan.
TIA!
