The Bully shop owner

I went to have one of our vehcles painted in J.M in Alabang(I'll private message the name of the shop) since it got hit and run by a vehicle inside the village but later paid the damage.
One afternoon I first saw the engine bay has some rough part it probably got sprayed and missing one nut on the bumper then I was polishing the muffler I also noticed it got some paint in it.The wheel covers as well has some rough marks. My neighbor even said "Nadamay yan galing sa ibang kotse". Next day I went to the paintshop and have it done. When I pointed that the vehicle has some sprayed on the engine bay and when I pointed to the muffler. The shop owner reacted in a high voice like there is no tomorrow "Sir sobra naman kayo hindi na sa amin yan. Sobra na kayo sir" . We were arguing but later he refused to have it done. He just said "Ang gagawin lang namin dyan ay yung sa unahan yun lang. Yung muffler malayo sa pinagawa niyo."
I said "Sir baka nadamay lang sa ginagawang sasakyan yan. Lagi ko pinapolish at nililinisan yang muffler na yan. Walang rough part yan bago ko pinasok sa paintshop niyo..".He never answered back so I just left.
Babalik pa din kami para ayusin yung sablay na paint na gagawin nila ng tama pero hindi na ako ang madadala iba na lang magdadala dun Loyal pa naman kami sa shop na ito kaso pero based sa experience ayoko na sa kanila last na yun.

Iba na talaga ang shop ngayon parang ang customer pa kailangan makiusap sa shop owner.
