BUMBER repairs and PAINT JOB

got into an accident recently, my bumber was smashed, got no comprehensive insurance(w/c sucks!), and i need to have the car repaired! does anyone know where i can have it fixed and repainted? preferreably qc area..basta good quality repair and paint job! thanks!

nagpa paint ako ng side mirrors saka bumper, this was before the storm - ang kaso inabutan parin ng ulan, the painter was able to apply primer and first base coat lang, nag-i-insist yung pintor na tapusin kasi covered naman yung shop nya...pero pinatigil ko kasi takot ako baka lumubo, papatuloy ko nalang ulit pag umaraw.

question? - kailangan ko ba patanggal yung first coat, or pwede na ituloy yun? what are the chances na mag orange peel yun pag tinuloy?

eto makati area nga lang...try mo rin pa quote kay Rovic ng Buendia Auto Center sa buendia-makati ave....sabayan mo na rin ng pa pdr ng mga dimple sa kotse...dun ko dadalhin yung mga galos ng front and rear bumper ng dilaw ko...
