    If you look at the Meguiar's line of products, then yes, they are the same. The glazes fall in the category of the pure polishes, and are used in that optional step prior to waxing.

    glaze is non abrasive, contains fillers to create a glossy finish but do not last long so it’s temporary - hiding lang kumbaga while polish is an abrasive substance, mas finer lang compared to compound. typically will last longer and permanent depende na lang sa sipag ulit-ulitin.

    pag swirls polish usually ginagamit para matanggal permanently. glaze fillers lang so mga ilang days wala na din, kita na ulit swirls.

Is glaze the same as car polish?
