Since when? Maybe when the Japs were trying to conquer our land. But not this time around.

spazzkid: it's not only illegal, it's also a big problem kung nahuli ka. Mas maliit na problema kung di nakakabit ang plaka kesa gumamit ka ng ibang plake (either invalid or from another car), it's considered as a carnapping act na... pag TMG humuli sayo sobrang laking hassle at abala, sigurado confiscated plates mo at the least

For garnish, place them if your car is on display but not in motion around metro manila.

thanks pareng ungas, i appreciate the input. looks like i should scratch the idea out of my head instead.

nakuha ko lang yung idea from a mazda car using a japanese plate, parang nakita ko ata from one of the guys from protegetech, am not sure if he's really using it everyday or just for shows.

i've literally seen 3 cars the past month stopped by the TMG, talagang hassle... 5 series BMW, 500SL and a Lexus... both german cars were using german plates and the lexus naka HK plate... on the spot, tanggal yung plaka and inescort papuntang crame (i saw all incidents near crame area)...

As Theveed would attest, hindi na kailangan
garnishan pa ng kung anu-anong borloloy
ang kotse mo, basta ang kotse ay malinis at
    makintab, cool na 'yon!
