AFAIK, Yes they do sell the cali duster. As for the drying towels, I think they have the green, purple, and pink ones.

I remembered it looks like a white cream.
It's Matte Finished.
My Tire still looks good after i washing/scrubbing it.
Guess it will last to 1-2 weeks.

Engine dusting is included sa wash & wax service po namin. Basic carwash does not include engine dusting or wiping. Yung sinasabi mong pag punas ng engine sa ortigas branch is because wash and wax service po ang inavail ng customer. I had talked to blackmagic (manager of BB Ortigas) and he confirmed that wash & wax service po tukoy ninyo.

For both shops, same lang ang SOP namin for carwash, wash & wax and other detailing services. Our crew and supervisors for both branches were trained to follow standard procedures that are uniform for both branches.

We don't usually include wiping of the engine for carwash. Sometimes, there are regular clients who request such. We accomodate such requests if time permits. If there is a long queue, we politely inform the client that there are clients waiting for the slot thus cant really give them such freebies.

1. Gaano katagal po iyon? Can i bring it in the morning and get it in the afternoon?

2. May light scratcher po siya.. Matatangal po ba iyon with when it undergoes the paint protection package?

about 4-6 hours, depending on the paint condition and the work to be done
better bring it in the morning, we open at 8 am.

depends on how deep they are, we need to see the car to have a better assessment.

i bought and used the shampoo you sell at the shop. is it just me or is the shampoo supposed to strip wax? i use mother's carnauba (step 3) and it seems like it gets removed every time i use the shampoo.

There are several factors affecting the durability of waxes. I would suggest using a higher dilution ratio if your car is not that dirty. Try to rinse the car earlier since it is summer and the shampoo/water tends to dry at a more rapid rate.

I hope you can post here the recommended dilution ratio for the ff degrees of dirtiness the vehicle may be in:

1.) "Muddy" - crusing the metro (not provincial) highway/road after a drizzle or rain.

2.) "Dusty" - normal thin layer of dust settling on the vehicle from daily use and parking in public.


Also pls. tell us what instrument do you use to measure it accurately (ie, syringe?, graduated cylinder, test tubes?). Also pls. tell us what is the volume capacity of the wash pail being used.

My car is only 2 weeks old. The car already has Optiguard. I want to preserve the shine and protect the paint for as long as I can. When will I need to wax this new car?
