I just brought my car to BB Ortigas yesterday for a full detail package, and honestly can't wait 'til I get it on Thursday! I've actually waited quite long to get the car detailed because of my busy schedule, and of course I've been long curious about the professional services of of Big Berts :D All I've really been having before was the Premium Car Wash.

I was wondering though, I wasn't really able to tell Willy that I'm a Tsikot member, neither do I have a Tsikot sticker on my car (cosmetic purposes really) and I understand that you guys do give discounts to the club members :D Could I still possibly qualify for that discount? It will surely help a lot in my case, and will totally appreciate it :D

Hello Sir Kotiko,

we do give discounts to tsikot bonafide tsikot members with tsikot sticker on their cars. but discount only applies on major individual services, since you availed of the full package, it's price is already discounted and we can't apply another discount on it.

I am planning to schedule my Innova (2 mos. old) for the New Paint Protection program as well as my cousins'. Kaso yung sa cousin ko more than a year na without garage. Recommended pa rin po kya mag undergo sya for this kind of treatment? Also, tanong ko lang po kung ma avail ko ung discount kahit wala ako tsikot sticker. TIA!

Is there any (quick) Wash around 1-2hrs only?
Im not planning to enroll, just a basic carwash only.

Maybe all i need is protection from acid (rain)
and maybe sa interior narin. i have some stains sa door panels na di ko matanggal.
Carpetwash. Deep Vacuum. (hehehe)
Saang Category po kayo ako?
I do my carwash once a week, just by myself.

Please estimate, kung magkano kaya aabutin and gano po katagal?
Busy schedule po kaya mabilisan and cant leave my car.

he can still enroll his 1 year old car under optiguard. the difference will be our approach to detailing his car. since optiguard includes 1 full exterior detail and 3 maintenance sessions, with his car on the very first session it will use the full exterior session.

as for the discount, the optiguard program is a packaged program and already discounted.

Just got my car yesterday from a full detail package, and I gotta say I'm really satisfied with the job! :D Kudos to Big Berts!

Anyway, since its starting to rain a lot more often now, I was wondering what extra measures I should be doing to keep the car's condition as good as it is now?

I'm actually starting to avoid going out now because I don't want the car to get all rained up :D

Sir, we plan to go there this coming saturday for the new paint protection and the Optiguard treatment. Do we need to make a reservation for that or just go there before 8 am para matapos b4 lunch kng pwede. Usually po ba how long does each treatment lasts? How about for the New Paint Protection sir? can I avail of the discount since it is not a package? Thanks!

I brought my car this Sunday afternoon for its regular cleaning. Tapos nung vina-vacuum na yung oto, the guy found a P500 bill under the carpet and turned it over to me. I was surprised to find out that there was money under the carpet that I didn't notice earlier. I wasn't able to get the guy's name though.

you availed of our new car paint protection service. We use a German acrylic paint pre-sealer (machine buffed) and a German acrylic paint sealant for this type of service

sorry sir, we don't offer repainting jobs. I guess our Araneta branch will be nearer to your place. Usually a full detailing package (interior, exterior and engine detailing) takes around 2 to 3 days.
