    Is it me or are most detailers staying away from turtle wax products? Why so?

    there are definitely better detailing products available but i still use turtle wax cos its free

    Don't generalize a brand, just because its cheap doesn't mean they dont make good stuff.

    yan ang gamit ko dati nung bago pa ako sa detailing :D

    yup cheap doesn't mean inferior quality e.g. Eagle One products.

    Heck, I use Turtle Wax. No complaints.

    Then again, I'm not really into detailing (yet).

    Turtle Wax user here too. If the surface doesn't feel smooth anymore I wax. Takes me less than half an hour and I like the results.

    I use many brands but turtle wax pa rin, I also use it for my conga drum.

    bkit sabi nila turtle wax strips off paint slowly in your ride? if you look closely at the rag you used, may mga streaks ng car color...is this true or another urban legend? OT, i didn't mean to hijack but i'm using finish 2001 wax..ano ba ang mas ok?

    OT: kanina kasi nadaan ako sa ACE hardware nakakita ako ng turtle wax may pasunod na scratch remover .. para syang carayola na lipstick na ewan have anyone tried this thinggy?

    ahhh...yan ung as seen on tv ata eh...pag hinde kakulay ng shade ng oto mo ung "crayola", hindi ata maganda ang kalalabasan

    i used turtle wax express shine before and felt ok with the results. until i used mother's cleaner wax and saw better results. you'll never know until you try.

    oh my.. tried that chipstick before. threw it away afterwards and used the wax that came along with on other stuff. didn't touch my car though afterwards. hehehe

    Its not the wax's fault. If you use it on a non-clearcoated paint, paint color will come off with ANY cleaner wax.

    It'll come off with a course cloth and water even.

    As for paintsticks, they're useless, pointless and inneffective junk.

    just bought PLATINUM series na Turtle Wax.. any feed backs on this product?

    *bougartt so far ok naman yang platinum ng turle wax. Mga 5 months ko ng gamit yan. IMHO mas matagal durability nya kaysa ibang brands. water beading is good too. tignan mo review nila sa autopia ok naman.
