Tips on how to remove the new white LTO plate with the fixed screws?

I want to detail the whole car kasi and the front bumper needs some konting retoke but the plate is taking up too much space - any tips on how to remove safely?

For reference the plate is on a 2007 Toyota Camry

Please allow me to ride on this topic... This has been in my head since the whole thing about security screws started.

Strictly speaking, it is, by law, illegal to remove these screws without authorization from LTO, regardless of how good your intentions are. That said, if... IF I want to do it through legal means, how do I go about it? What is the proper or long-cut process of removing the old screws, effect the necessary repairs on the car, and install a new set of security screws... all through legal means?

not a good idea. mo lu-loose thread ang bolt dahil sa pressure apply ng vice grip sa bolt. so mas mahihrapan kang pang to loosen the bolt besides the nut in your bumper loose thread also.

Ang problema nakakabit na yung plate. I don't know how to remove the screw. Pati material ng plates sobrang tipid

di ba pwede mo pa din naman gamitin yung plate protector but without the clear cover? so huwag mo lang ilagay yung plastic lens nya ok na kasi cover lang naman ang bawal.

medyo vague ang ruling dyan bro. any alterations daw ng nasa plate that may block clear vision of the figures ang ruling eh.
traffic enforcers may read the frame as an alteration.

I did it once by removing the front bumper. Sa rear plate naman, kaya i-access thru the trunk. So sa likod ng nut, you could use vise grip but I do suggest that after removing it, cut a slot on the bolt so that you could use an ordinary flat head screwdriver to tighten back the bolt.

I've seen this done. Just carefully use a flathead drill bit on the bolt then unscrew with a flathead screwdriver.

Use a steel saw to etch a flathead screwdriver groove sa harap ng screw, then use a flathead screwdriver to remove it. That way, pwede mo ibalik ang dating screw. Yun nga lang, halata na tinanggal mo.
