Can't open the door lock - urgently needs the best locksmith

can't open the door from the inside, on my Audi a3 2004 . I went to open the door handle, heard a click, and can't open door. I can still open from outside, just not the inside.If someone is familiar with this kindly inform me about it.

Apparently this happens frequently with Audi's. Mine and my friends experience the same problem. I brought it recently to PGA which charged me about 12,000 for it. Extremely bad experience with PGA Edsa, would not recommend them at all, wrote a service experience to the head, and not even a reply came back. A lot of euro-talyers would try and fix it, which i tried also but the solution would be... buy the parts from parts.com.ph look for Jean. And have the car repaired in your euro-talyer.

Let me guess... before it stopped working, did you have to double tap it?
