If "nasa gitna" is normal for your car, then it's not overheating (yet).
My guess is you did not have enough coolant in the radiator.
(caution: best to make a habit of putting a rag or towel over the cap before opening....iwas paso)
Coolant? old or new car no problem. Coolant simply lowers the vapor pressure of the liquid....means lower rate of evaporation through boiling point elevation..... a phenomenon observed when a solute such as ethylene glycol is added to water.
