good day to all, newbie here.. does anyone know where I can buy a replacement aircon vent (see link http://www.skylinegts.co.uk/images/R...ntalldone2.jpg) the pic is not the specific vent im looking for, i'm looking for a vent for a 1989 plymouth grand voyager SE. can it be bought separately or do i have to buy a new dashboard. it's ok if it's not the exact vent as long as it fits. is this available in evangelista? thanks in advance!

1989 plymouth grand voyager SE<--- not many of those around here. you'll probably have to order from the states or get one fabricated.

Short kuwento lang. When I got my Nissan Patrol the aircon vents both front and back were busted. The louvers were either missing or not working at all. Took out one from the front and one from the back then went around surplus shop and finally found one, actually a dozen, from a Nissan sentra (just don't know from which model). Took out all the louvers and install the new one, of course with a little sanding and scrapping I got the new louvers to fit the dash perfectly. So basically I would advice that you go this route. Happy hunting

Pahabol, yun louvers sa rear aircon generic nalang binili ko since it was very easy to adapt a new one. Pede kasing ibaba yun ducting kaya madaling mag adjust.

Naghahanap din ako ng isang ganyan para sa Hilander ko nanakaw kasi kaya ngayon tinakpan ko muna ng fabricated na plastic. Sa casa naman 1,050 ang presyo sobrang mahal by order pa.

I'd go with what Afrasay suggested... for one, it resembles a louver from the early 90's Galant.

If you have a friend/relative in the US who is more or less a car junkie, i'm sure you they can source one at a salvage yard.
