Mas may grip ang ribbed belts compared to plain belts. Less prone to belt skipping even when when.

Alam ko ang Bando brand locally produced by Bandag Enterprises. Yung mga namimili ng old used tires. They melt the old rubber then form belts and recap treads for tires.

Gates OK. May made in Japan din. Mahal lang but ok sa kapit. Tama si Ungas. Toothed o cogged belt tawag dun. Yung sa rig ko, 300/pce.

I'd rather spend a lot on belts with good grips than the messy belt grip paste that are available on the market.

DAYCO and MITSUBOSHI ang favorite ko. Whichever ang mas mura for the particular application I am going to use it for.

dayco gamit ko. sory di ako makacomment sa performance. kung magkabit ako ng belt sobrang luwag. yung compressor ko pag nabasa ng kaunti di na umiikot, dulas na lang ng dulas ang belt hehe. less engine power lost thru the tightness, prolonged belt life, prolonged bearing life. never pa ako nagpalit ng belt sa 82 corona ko since nahawakan ko ito nung 1993. biro mo 10 years na. nauna pa yung alternator mapalitan ng high amp.

Dalawang klase nga po yung bando belts, local at japanese made...... japanese made ang dapat gamitin although mataas ang price kesa locally made.............
