Nabangga ko yung corolla 1997 gli big body ko sa may nose part nasira ang buong condenser. Mas ok ba bumili ng brand new or surplus na lang? How much kaya yung price ng bago and surplus? Any recommended shop?

i'd buy a new one. it will probably last longer.
but if you have funding limitation, then i guess the used one will have to suffice. look for one that has warranty from the seller. if it springs a leak the next day, he agrees to repair it at no cost to you.

Mas okay if brand new na lang ang kukunin mo, just look for the right seller/shop na pagbibilhan mo, kasi mamaya ibigay sa'yo yung marupok na klase, I'm not a specialist so I can't really tell which is good quality sa patkbuhin na quality, the price isn't a good basis for quality either.

if surplus naman, only go for surplus is wala talagang budget for now, pero there's no guarantee sa longevity nung part as it is used. But if incase you choose to buy a used condenser, just check kung walang corrosion, and kung maitim(madumi) much better, ibig sabihin hindi ginamitan ng aluminum cleaner. You could safely clean condensers with aluminum cleaner, but the safer way is just plain old dishwashing liquid and the help of a pressure washer.

by the way, since kalas naman na you might aswell have the radiator cleaned.
