Gentlemen,
Maybe one of us had experienced this. My family noticed that even though the car engine has been stopped/powered off, one of the radiator fan continues to run. For them to stop it, they have to stop/start the car engine multiple times, sometimes up to 4-6 times, then the radiator fan stops.
They brought it first to Rapide, but unluckily, they do not have an electrician. Now, they are planning to bring the car to the casa but I told them to wait, and I will check this kind of problem here at the forum.
My family car is an old but still reliable Honda Accord 1994 EXI.
Also, please recommend a good garage you Gentlemen knows. Casa, will be the last resort as much as possible.
Thank you in advance.

Gentlemen,
Trying to find a garage somewhere in Makati sana. Medyo hirap family ko mag drive sa QC, di kabisado.
Right, possible electrical problem nga sa tingin ko rin.

assuming that all wirings are still in original state, afaik its normal. there's even a sticker at the radiator that "radiator fan may start anytime even while engine is off". we also experience that before on our 94 accord a/t. though the fan shuts off after a few minutes once engine has cooled down.
if the fan doesn't shut off for more than 10mins then there could be a problem with the wirings. the fan is actuated by the thermoswitch so it should shut off automatically.

i've experienced almost the same thing with my kia pride, problem ko is yung auxiliary fan ayaw mg shut off kahit yung engine off and key removed already. an electrician checked the wirings, he found that the fan relay was the problem. i just replaced it ayun back to normal. ahehe forgot ko kung relay nga tawag dun, looks like a small black box (around 1 inch thick and height) with switch like teeth inside. Bosch ata yung pinalit ko

pls observe if it turns off after a couple of minutes. maybe this is the only time that you've noticed it but it could be just normal as the delay is cause by a hot radiator.

dagdag ko na rin, pwede din talaga na mainit yung radiator mo kaya nakabukas sya although engine is off. pero once na you have the ignition switch to off position or the key removed, the fan shoudn't be running anymore. my auxiliary fan was till running when key was removed, so i didn't need to observe if it would turn off after a few minutes. in my case the relay was the problem

This was a feature of my previous car. It even turns on when left in the humid. Also, it takes time before it shuts off after i have left the car. It continually cools the engine bay before it shuts down. The car was an S40.
