Aircon Inquiry - Have to restart to activate compressor.

hi Guys,

Need your help. This just happened or started 2 days ago on my crosswind 2001. pag start ko engine I turned ON the Aircon.

I noticed that parang naka Fan lang siya hindi umandar ang compressor. So what I did Off and ON ko ang AC, ayun pag ON ko

nag click na gumana at lumamig na. Nung gabi pauwi na ako from work pag ON ko aircon wala namang lamig Fan lang so

ginawa ko off and on ang AC, ayaw pa rin so i completely turned off may aircon. then ON ko gumana again tuloy tuloy na.

This morning pag start ko engine pag On ko Aircon. ganun na naman ayaw na naman mag work compressor. So off and on again the AC switch ayun gumana. pag takbo ko after 2 minutes i noticed nung nag automatic siya from cool to Fan. hindi na bumalik

ang cool or pag On ng compressor. then reset ko uli On ang off AC switch ayun lumamig na.


Ano kaya problem? contact lang ba ng AC switch or something wrong with may thermostat?

Not an a/c tech but it might be the magnetic clutch or just the a/c switch.

You mean sa electrical shop ko pa check? yung magnetic clutch saan nakalagay yun sa may compressor ba? or sa AC switch din

hi just to give feedback..

I brought my vehicle to Wizzards last weekend. cleaned and replaced AC switch. ayun gumana at hindi nag ON and OFF. ang hiram

pala gawin yun ang daming tatanggalin, anyway i went home and the next morning ganun pa rin. have to restart para gumana Cool ng aircon. planning to bring it back this weekend to wizzards.

Ang ginawa ko na lang kanina ako na lang nag check. pinagpalit palit ko relay and ayun relay pala sira ng AC ko. ibabalik ko rin sa wizzard kasi yun sa clock ko once i opened the park light/head light nawawala ang clock baka may nakalimutan ikabit yung electrician nung

kinalas niya dash.
