radiator cap:pwede pa ba?

it appears really worn....pwede pa ba?

standard lang ba ung sizes nito? am using a replacement Evercool radiator kasi

imho. daming nabibiling replacement radiator caps. standard lang ang size nyan.

Alam ko, there are 2 sizes, with one size slightly bigger than the other. Kasi, nagsoli na rin ako ng radcap, hindi kasi kasya, sabi nung engot na salesman sa Ace Hardware, standard nga raw size. Buti na lang sabi nung isa pang salesrep, 2 nga dawT

Hindi na pwede pre. Ang alam ko yung "0.9" yan yung pressure nya para mag-open ang cap para maglabas at kumuha ng coolant sa reservoir.

sa nakita ko sa picture,nakalagay naman yung .09 sa cap yung size niya.
worn out na talaga yan,para mas ok dalhin mo nalang yang radiator cap sa nearest auto supply at sabihin mo na ganyan ang kailangan mo.

replace it. for an evercool radiator you'll probably need the cap with the spring na visible.

Yep its wornout. Got my replacement for P 150 at the Binondo Area.

Php150 din bili ko for the replacement ng MB100. Circuit Japan ang brand. Silicone DAW yung gasket kaya less prone to cracks.

Dinala ko yung old cap as sample.

I also used the circuit brand sa Corona before (kila GLenn ko binili)... okay lang naman. Just have to check if the size is proper.

I usually change radiator caps every three to four years...
