the quote 2 years ago to replace all the hoses is 4k at Honda Alabang. Medyo masakit, so kinalumutan ko muna. Up to now, okay pa naman. Your call.

Btw, 99 Civic yung sa akin.

Fluid in system is ideally a mix between distilled drinking water (distilled para walang solids) and ethelyne glycol based coolant. Mix 50/50.

Radiator hoses cost only a hundred or so sa auto supply.

Thanks for the advice sir. Nag area pa naman ako weekly.. laguna/batangas..
Critical pala eto... is it a must gawin replacement sa Honda Casa or kahit sa shop lng.. (i.e. - expresslube)?

Mahal definitely sa casa. Pero as sir otep says... sa manufacturer lang meron nung mga hoses with their "funny" shapes. Pero kung may alam ka na shop then good for you.

Kung common ang engine mo, the hoses can be found in almost any auto supply. I'm not sure if this is the case with Hondas since yung 4d56 kahit sa Palengke nakakita ako dati (Batangas area).

Pwede ito sa expresslube. Just remember that you have to drain everything out not just in the radiator. This can mean having to remove the coolant plugs on the engine block itself and the thermostat. Sumasara kasi ang thermostat when cold.

    thanks.
