annoying sound while aircon is turned on

What is the possible problem with this, when I turned ON the aircon and I step on the gas I hear an annoying sound. So I test without an aircon I step on the gas its normal. I suspect the problem with the pulley adjuster bearing so I replaced it, but still I hear the sound again. Is their a problem with the compressor? Does compressor has a bearing?

what sound? if it's like a squealing pig then probably belt ng compressor. Pag medyo rumbling-like noise na may grinding sound, malamang bearing.

but it's more difficult to tell WHICH bearing it is that's making the noise, baka paminsan kasi (like case ko dati), yung squeal happens when the AC compressor is on, but the noise came from the crankshaft pulley dahil di nya kaya na may load na extra...

Yes compressor has a bearing.

sir, pagmalamig pa makina hindi ko pa maririnig. Bago timing belt, pulley bearing adjuster, tensioner bearing and oil seal. Ano kaya my cra?

sir, hindi po yon squealing ng belt, parang ganoon my nag-rambling. Lalabas yon ingay pagmatagal umandar aircon. This only happens when I turned ON the aircon (dito wala pa ako maririnig) once I step on the gas hear the parang rumbling sound.

wala pong kinalaman ang timing belt... basically yung mga pulleys sa LABAS ng makina lang ang issue....

Mga makikita mo includes:

- Power steering
- Water Pump
- Alternator
- Main Crank pulley
- Compressor
- Idler Pulley
- yung mga iba may tension adjustment pulley...

Usually 2 lang belts nyan, yung isa nakakabit sa compressor at alternator, yung isa nakakabit sa P/S, waterpump.

sir, bakit pag-naka-aircon at pag-inapakan lng yon gas sya maririnig at pagmainit n makina. kc pag wala aircon normal naman kahit apakan ko yon gas.

para malaman mo kung ano doon ang nag iingay

rambling sound? spell mo nga ehehehe! dug-dug-dug, tig-tig-tig, o kablag-kablag? hirap magdiagnose

kung naka-on lang ang aircon e sa aircon malamang. baka warped ang aircon clutch, or yung aircon compressor may internal damage na. try mo kaya alisin yung aircon compressor belt, then with key ON (engine off, ON mo lang ang accessories) try mo ikot ang compressor pulley trying with a/c switch ON and OFF. pag OFF ang a/c switch at magaspang ang takbo ng pulley then it's the clutch. pag a/c ON at may naramdaman kang mechanical defect, compressor. MAYBE!

Lumalamig pa ba a/c mo? Pwedeng sira ang internal bearing niya or yung shaft where the bearing rides on. Lalamig pa din a/c kahit sira mga ito.

Check the external items first.

diagnose ko sa mechanic sabi nya, yon clutch sa compressor yon ma-ingay. Tinanong ko kung na gagawa, sabi ng mechanic hindi raw kc sealed daw yon. Palit daw ako ng bago compressor or surplus. Hindi na b talaga gagawa yon compressor clutch ?

Iba ba yan sa magnetic coil/clutch? Kasi Php 800.00 ata ang pagpalit nun kina Mang Mario. Naiiba yung labor cost depende sa sasakyan. Around Php 600.00++ on average.

sa inyong experience, magtatagal pa ba ang service pagpina-repair yon clutch? malayo naman si mang mario, baka mayron kayo ma-irerecomenda n malapit dito muntinlupa or san pedro laguna...tnx..

nare-repair yung clutch, mura lang yun. meron pa nga shops idala mo yung sira papalitan nila ng ready to install unit e.

Mas matagal pa yung pag-alis at pagbaklas ng compressor. Basta may naka-ready na silang part, salpak na lang yun then reassemble na.
