Where to buy a simple temp gauge / thermometer?

Just want to ask if anyone knows where to buy a temperature gauge / thermometer that I can attach or insert into near the aircon vents to monitor the aircon temperature?

I'd prefer one with a digital reader sana, one can read from 0 deg. C up.
