Suzuki Philippines has officially unveiled the all-new e Vitara at the 2026 Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), marking the return of the Vitara nameplate to the local market.
This time, however, the compact SUV returns in a very different form. Instead of a traditional gasoline engine, the new e Vitara is purely EV, becoming Suzuki’s first global battery-electric vehicle.
Power comes from a single electric motor producing 174 hp and 193 Nm of torque. Paired with a 61-kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, Suzuki claims that it’s capable of traveling up to 475 km on a single charge.

Built on Suzuki’s new dedicated HEARTECT-e platform, the e Vitara was designed specifically for electric vehicles, allowing engineers to maximize passenger space while accommodating the battery pack underneath the floor.
Inside, the SUV receives a modern digital-focused cabin featuring a dual-screen layout, a floating center console, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, ambient lighting, ventilated front seats, and a premium Infinity sound system.

Suzuki has also equipped the e Vitara with a comprehensive suite of safety technologies, including seven airbags, all-wheel disc brakes, an electronic parking brake, and advanced driver assistance features.
The all-new Suzuki e Vitara is expected to arrive in dealerships nationwide with a starting price of ₱2,020,000.
