sa lowering project ko.. wala pa rin.. cant find the time.. sana matapos ko na sa weekends.. tama, time trials na lang.. hehe! baka mag-upgrade na rin ako batt.. siguro sa weekends (hopefully) makapunta ako radio shack sa save a lot to see kung meron mini rechargeable batt.. :D

I kinda noticed nga when trying them drift wheels with the 2.2 motor. I can not control the car from making donuts all the time. I wonder what's the result if I put my gf's rubber bands (for her braces) on those drift wheels? More speed kaya?

labo talaga yang drift wheels tsong!! the best thing you can do is mix and match the tires.. soft tires in front medium or hard at the back.. or, this is just my imagination running, you could make grooves on the drift wheels for the rubber used for the braces of your GF.. d ba? hehe! di ko lang alam kung gagana.. :D

I could drift the AE86 if I put some talcum powder to coat the rear wheels... but its only good for a few runs then the powder comes off and you can't drift anymore.

naasar talaga ko pag yung kotse nakakapik up ng magnetic particles hirap na iliko. kailangan mo pa alisin yun para maka liko uli. :mrgreen:

I read in another forum that if you remove the tires in front, the drift would be really nice. kasi what happens is yung front tires has grip pero yung likod walang grip kaya donuts parati. pero if the front wheels are plastic, mas maganda daw yung drift. Pero syempre baka masira yung rims mo. If you put rubber bands on the rear, it just might work pero ndi ba parang nag rubber tires ka narin?:roll: ewan ko lang, pero try mo para pag succesful ka, gaya rin kami!:lol:

Fierrari....merong ginawang solution dyan akong nakita....ginawa nya naglagay sya ng magnet sa bumper ng body. para yun ang kukuha ng particles....hndi ko lang alam kung yung steering nya apektado. If you have problems with the steering, check inside the chassis....paminsan dahil sa kakabagsak ng car, na mi-miss align yung magnet ng steering. buksan mo yung sa may steering, tapos i mighty bond mo yung magnet para ndi na matanggal ulit. I had that problem, pero ngayon ayus na....diretcho ulit ang takbo.

Sup...dalian mo dyan sa lowering mo para makita na namin!!:lol:

ano yung best suspension setting for control? soft, medium or hard?

for a 2.2, go for medium. yung soft kasi sometimes tumataob. pero maganda sa soft, yung turn radius mo mas tight. Ingat nalang sa turns. if you harden the front suspension nag-uundersteer ang effect. With a 3.0 ok talaga yung hard, medium din ok kaso may tendency to oversteer at times kaya squala ang labas. tapos experiment din with a hard tire sa harap and soft or medium sa likod para hindi mag oversteer.....kung ganun parin, try the reverse.....if that doesnt work....ibato mo sa pader yung auto(biro lang) pero ang dami kasing pedeng setup eh...the 2.2 + 9.86:1 combi is really fast...using the 12:1 makes it drivable tho.:mrgreen:

oh yes, try to keep the tires free of dust...para effective yung grip. use a strip of double sided tape on your tackle box, tapos nun the tires over it para matanggal ang dumi. or use a cotton bud with water perhaps to clean the dirt off the tires.

i havent used other gears except the orange one.. so far, m satisfied kasi may sinasabi mga tiny rc na pag yung gears mo yung fastest, bilis dn maubos charge mo.. e begginer pa lang naman ako.. di pa masyado gamay auto ko at wala time mag-practice.. tapos kung may time, beach life ang nilalaro sa pc, ka-adik e.. o wel, dapat pala dinala ko na lang dito sa opis para pag lunch break or wala ginagawa gawin ko.. wag kayo mag-expect ng maganda guys.. di ako masyado bihasa sa modelling ng toys.. :D
