I've noticed that more than 65% of the total Tsikot members have not made a single post yet.

What is the rule on inactive members?

Not surprised. More than half of the websites I sign up to I don't use, they just end up filling up my spambox (I have a dedicated e-mail for signing up to untrusted sites).

I suggest that the mods/admin or the system automatically delete them (members with zero posts) after, let's say, 1 year from registration due to inactivity? Ano tingin nyo mga sir?

Or better yet, 30 days without logging in the system bids the user's registration goodbye?

A notice should be sent to them thru e-mail about the inactivity and the possible deletion.

    1. For those with zero post - 6 months of inactivity would make them a candidate for deletion.

    2. For those who had already posted and became inactive - a year of inactivity.

Pero sana they set a certain number of posts. Ako kasi ang tagal ko din naging inactive sa tsikot. Roughly more than one year kasi wala ako net access sa opis. Kawawa naman ako kung madelete yung account ko . Tagal ko na din sa tsikot. Just setting an example lang naman.

di po natin talaga pwede ideleted mga members with zero post

    reasons....

karamihan sa mga members na ito, they just lurk, read the forums pero di pa sila nagpopost... mahirap maidentify kung sino ang di bumibisita sa tsikot

2nd... we have 2 sets of members here sa tsikot... first mga forumers and then yung mga active lang sa classifieds.... may mga members na nagpopost ng comment sa classifieds pero di sila nagpopost dito sa forums.

in terms of web activity naman.... for everyones knowledge.... tsikot classifieds is twice as big as tsikot forums in terms of unique visitors and 3 times bigger in terms pf pageviews... kaya malaki ang effect pag nadelete ang mga members with zero post... coz karamihan for sure mga active sa classifieds.

Rule on Zero Post
